Social Media Strategy
A Social Media Strategy is the thought-process, the mindmap or the document you use to answer the Who, Why, What, Where, How questions that enable you to utilise social media for the benefit of your business.
I think it’s fair to say that in 2018, most businesses know they need some form of social presence. I also think it’s fair to say that a lot of small to medium sized businesses make a start with social but then get disheartened or lost because they aren’t seeing the results they hoped for.
Ultimately, you need a plan. You need to decide what you want to achieve, consider your target customers and the type of content you’re going to provide. You also need time, commitment and patience. A social media strategy very rarely produces results within 1-2 months of joining a social network and hence you need to be in it for the long haul in order to realise the value of both social media and a strategy.

Implementing the Strategy
Paying for a strategy, going through the process and receiving the document will not provide any value to your business if you do not act and implement the strategy. I’ll be on hand to support you with the implementation and can work with you to provide further help, guidance and if required, accountability.
