How do I make sure this is valuable?

If you want specific help with a problem then please make sure you come prepared with a clear description of what it is you’re struggling with. Better still, you could drop me an email beforehand to let me know 🙂

What can we discuss?

You can use my time to learn something or to work through a problem. I can help you with Social Media challenges, problems or strategy advice. We could work through a WordPress/Website issue or even run through an overview of using a tool such as Canva, Adobe Spark or YouTube.

How do I book?

Select the ‘Book’ link above for the call you want. This will take you through to my appointment booking system where you can enter details of what you’d like to discuss and pick an appointment slot which suits you.

How do I pay?

You can pay via PayPal. The link for payments is in the booking form.

What is your refund policy?

I’m afraid I cannot offer a refund for missed bookings but if you inform me more than 24 hours before our scheduled appointment then you’ll be able to arrange an alternate booking for no extra cost.

Can I follow up afterwards?

After our call, I’ll send you an email which summarises our discussion. If you want to clarify the contents of that email or ask follow-up questions that’s fine and I’ll send you an additional email on top of that. Any support required in addition to the summary and follow-up email would require further consultation.
